Mark Russo Authors Article in PBN on Westerly Hospital Receivership

In December 2014, Mark Russo authored a guest article in Providence Business News entitled:  “Westerly Hospital Shows Bankruptcy Not Only Option.” It marked three years since December of 2011 when The Westerly Hospital had depleted its endowment and was less than two weeks away from completely running out of money.  Founded in 1925 and employing some 800 people, the hospital was and remains an economic cornerstone. The deal was recognized earlier this year as the “Deal of the Year” in the Healthcare/Life Sciences category by Merger and Acquisition Advisor Magazine.
