Wendy A. Smith
Wendy A. Smith is a paraprofessional with more than twenty-five years of paralegal experience. She has been an integral part of litigation team in a wide array of business disputes, shareholder disputes and partnership disputes. Wendy has prepared matters for trial in several complex matters including those involving casino operations, construction, energy and healthcare. She has actively participated in the operation of companies in receivership and bankruptcy. In addition, Wendy has helped design and administer creative and unique approaches to project development, litigation discovery, closings on large transactions, electronic data rooms, and video/computer presentations. Prior to joining Ferrucci Russo in 2001, Wendy spent thirteen years at the Providence law firm of Adler Pollock & Sheehan, P.C.

Andersyn joined the firm in 2025 and has worked as a paraprofessional since 2023. Her experience, professionalism, and resourcefulness has benefited the firm in its efforts to maximize efficiency. Andersyn has been an active participant in the firm’s receivership program.
