Fred Ricci Tool Co. Inc. (“Ricci”) primarily operates two lines of operations within its business. The first line of operations is a manufacturing operation, which fabricates metal sheets into various forms of pet tags that are then sold to retailers for engraving, finishing and retail sale to customers. The second line of operations is a printing operation, which prepares signage, displays and the like for its customers.
Currently, the Receiver has been provided with an offer in the amount of One Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($100,000.00) for the equipment and going-concern manufacturing assets of Ricci. Additionally, the Receiver has been provided with an offer in the amount of Eighty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($80,000.00) for the equipment and going-concern printing assets of Ricci. The current offers are contingent upon approval by the Providence County Superior Court, Business Calendar and are subject to higher or better offers.
The Receiver has scheduled a viewing of the manufacturing and printing assets of Ricci for Monday, October 14, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 165 Dyerville Avenue, Johnston, RI 02919. Any parties interested in viewing the assets are invited to attend.
The Sale Hearing will take place on October 15, 2019 at 9:30 a.m at the Providence County Superior Court located at 250 Benefit Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02903. All prospective purchasers shall be entitled to make competing offers in conformance with the procedures to be set forth by the Receiver at the Sale Hearing.
