Ferrucci Russo secures defense victory in the Sakonnet River Bridge trial

After 41 days of trial on the Superior Court Business Calendar before Justice Sarah Taft-Carter, Mark Russo of Ferrucci Russo and his team just secured a complete defense victory for their client, Specialty Diving Services Inc., in the Sakonnet River Bridge litigation. The case involves a $14M construction and design claim.
