Ferrucci Russo Receives OK To Develop Lippitt Mill

Last month, the West Warwick Town Council members approved a consent order giving permission to convert the historic Lippitt Mill to residential apartments. After a competitive bid process, the bid was awarded to New York-based JSA Equities that also developed the Providence Community Health Center. Built in 1809, the mill is on the National Register of Historic Places and is one of the earliest textile mills in Rhode Island. Mark Russo serves as the court-appointed receiver of the Lippitt Mill.
