Moshe S. Berman mberman@frlawri.com

Moshe joined Ferrucci Russo as a clerk in his first year of law school in 2005. As an outstanding young attorney, Moshe has performed extensive research to support Ferrucci Russo’s litigation, business development, and receivership practice. Additionally, he has drafted briefs and successfully argued motions in venues such as the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Superior Courts, the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island, and the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit.

As for recent examples, Moshe was instrumental in securing a Superior Court judgment that will save the client millions of dollars in property taxes; litigating and negotiating a construction bond claim which resulted in a six-figure settlement for another client; and collecting approximately $200K worth of accounts receivable for a local manufacturer.
