Fred Ricci Tool Co. Inc. (“Ricci”) primarily operates two lines of operations within its business. The first line of operations is a manufacturing operation, which fabricates metal sheets into various forms of pet tags that are then sold to retailers for engraving, finishing and retail sale to customers. The second line of operations is a printing operation, which prepares signage, displays and the like for its customers.
